Convenient, friendly and our dog love it there!

Everyone has been so good to our 2 dogs. One of my my dogs is a Cavalier who is a bit skittish with so many other dogs…. But this doggie daycare is so good about knowing when he’s had enough and they let him come up front to get some alone time, but still make sure he socializes with the other dogs too. Definitely a highly recommended doggie daycare! Thank you.

costs money to have more than 2 upfront .. usually there are 2 runners at dropoff and pickup, but sometimes NO ONE and I need to wait ,, mornings is most important cause almost everyone is on his/her way to work ..

I loved Dogtopia of Northville but I’ve noticed a change in the past few months… the staff is not very welcoming and sometimes seem irritated when I drop off and pick up my pup. I’ve noticed much of the staff is new but they can’t seem to answer simple questions that I ask about my stamp card or passes used. My pup had never come home with dirty paws and they’re filthy every time I pick him up. Again, I loved Dogtopia but lately I’ve been a bit uneasy when dropping off my pup.

Thought it doesn’t cancel out my concerns, I do see positive changes too. I like getting texts about my dog to my phone and prompt receipts after a day of play. I also like that the newsletter was emailed to me last month. The need for flu shot was a pain but I like knowing my puppy is healthy and playing with other healthy dogs too!

I liked the friendly staff. Made my moose feel very welcome!
