I love that our dog loves meeting new friends at Dogtopia, gets her daily exercise, and gets so much socialization from here! Everyone always compliments how well Maple interacts around other dogs.
The staff really know the dogs. They know who plays with who, best friends, buddies and such. I am comfortable with leaving my dogs with them. Even if one of my guys is having a bad day, just wants to be left alone, they still keep an eye on him. Every dog has different personality, and the staff works with that to make sure all the pets have a good day.
Allow for animal pick up on Sunday. It can even be during a defined time like 12-3 or something like that. It doesn’t have to be for the whole day giving that you have limited staff.
Communication and paperwork. Typically have card on file at office and was unable to pay this way most recently. Also when dropping off was required to fill out forms in regards to emergency contacts etc which has previously been just in your system
