Just the business aspects of payment however I understand the why. Monthly options or ability to pause weeks on the app would be beneficial.

I also would love to see more play toys but I understand they can be a safety concern. Nothing crazy bur since you asked I answer

Love the people. You can tell they truly love the dogs and love what they do. I love how they know the customers and their dogs.

The staff’s compassion. They knew we were bringing in a dog with some baggage and they were slow and gentle in greeting him and making him comfortable. He is thriving in their care and it makes us so relieved knowing he is safe with them and we can trust them to care for our dogs the way we would care for them. Really highly recommend this Dogtopia in Solon.

Very happy with Dogtopia just wish price was lower

I thought the facility was very clean and well staffed. I liked how there were multiple rooms to divide dogs up based on size and temperament. It was awesome to find a place that would take my 14 week old puppy as well.

My only critique was that it would have been awesome if a half day price option was available.

Clear, frequent communication. A real interest in the health and happiness of our dog. Friendly staff that knows us by name.
