I was nervous about this whole doggie daycare situation until we went for Ollie’s meet & greet appointment. Ollie did great!! every staff person I encountered at Dogtopia was very nice and welcoming. The facility is brand new of course but I couldn’t smell a hint of any dog poop or urine. No dirty dog smell either! I love the fact that I can view live camera footage of my baby any time I want to check in on him. The weather outside right now makes it difficult to let Ollie get any real play / exercise time so him getting to run and play with new friends is awesome! Today is Ollie’s first real day at Dogtopia so I’m excited to see how it goes. I suspect I’ll be picking up a tired but happy pup later today!

Very personal and friendly

Staff is friendly snd helpful and know the dogs names. It’s a clean bright facility and was designed with many safety features.
The number one reason my dog loves it there.
On his second visit we drove into parking lot and when he spotted the building he started his excited whine. He couldn’t wait to get inside. He happily greeted the person at the desk and the person who was taking him to his room. When they opened the inside door he excitedly ran down the hall to the door he was supposed to enter. He waited for the person with his tail wagging. It’s also nice you can check in on him using your cell phone.
