Your employees are dog people. That seems like something obvious, but not every dog day care/boarding business actually employs dog people. My dogs literally pull me to get to your front door – that’s how excited they are to see you and play with their friends. And they’re not the only ones. I see most owners being pulled across the parking lot in the mornings. There is no better review a dog day care can get than that. I also love how creative you are. On random days, we’ll get crafts the dogs made, pictures of new tricks they’ve learned, pools days, etc. You don’t just put them all in a room to play; you change things up and the mental stimulation is incredible for them. I say it all the time: we are so lucky to have found Dogtopia of Solon!

The staff is sooooo nice and very attentitiveof the doggies I’ve never boarded any of my dogs and this is my first experience and noah made me feel very comfortable about. Kudos to Noah! Gonna miss my baby but I feel he’s in good hands

The facility is so clean and nice. The staff is amazing. So friendly. Very welcoming. Amazed how quickly they remembered dogs and their names. Customer Service is amazing. You can watch your dogs on video and see how much human interaction there is. Very happy and way better than any of the other Dog Day Care I’ve been to

Personable caring and supportive staff

Everyone is so nice, I like that all dogs have to go through orientation to be sure they can be in daycare. It is very clean and my dog loves going to daycare.
