Cleanliness and very friendly staff

My dog Rosie is living her best life at Dogtopia. Everyone that works there is wonderful. I would highly recommend it.

At Dogtopia (Solon, Ohio) the staff take excellent care of the dogs. Many enrichment activities are available and I particularly like the 2 hour mandatory rest break. The dogs are divided into three groups according to size and temperament which works out really well. My dog is older and doesn’t engage in a lot of playtime, but she loves the Coaches and is always happy to see them.

My dog can’t wait to get to Dogtopia! He drags me in and runs through the door to greet his coaches! Everything is always clean. I feel that my dog is safe and having the best day ever – every day! I like that I can pop in and check on my dog on the cameras. It makes me feel secure that he’s getting great treatment. The special events are fantastic!

I like the personal treatment of my pet and the flexibility to take him there.

We could not be happier with Dogtopia! We’ve been to several doggy daycare and boarding facilities since getting our anxious Covid dog and Dogtopia Solon is our favorite! They moved slowly with our dog and make accommodations for her fears and anxiety. The staff at the facility clearly love dogs and know all of the dogs. While out of town, I would get almost daily updates on how my dog was doing! While I knew my dog would be well taken care of while we were gone, the updates were greatly appreciated since we didn’t always have camera access internationally. We love the facility, the staff and all of the fun activities they plan for the dogs. I could not recommend this place more highly for both daycare and boarding!
