Friendliness of staff
We love that our dog is excited to go!! He is obviously active, well cared for, and known by the staff. He comes home tired but also happy. And the cameras make it fun for us to check in on him and watch him play.
We also love that you offer boarding, which was truly a major factor in our deciding to enroll our dog in daycare. We were just discussing at home how we hope you experience success and stay here in Solon!!
Staff is very friendly. They seem to recognize my dog after just one recent visit. I like the text updates. Goose comes home happy and exhausted. Two thumbs up.
Love supervised play time, positive reinforcement, climate control and enrichment outdoors.
The managers are so nice. Our dog loves playing with the other dogs. They make sure she is always watched and safe.

We appreciated the very thorough explanation of services, tour of the facility and the opportunity to have all our questions answered. Everyone we have encountered is friendly and courteous. Of course being able to use the webcam to check in on our pup is a real bonus. Best of all, Radish, our dog seems to really enjoy her play time at Dogtopia!
