Communication. I really appreciated that they could fit my dog in for grooming same day as her meet and greet. The front desk said to come back between 5:30 and 6. I came back and she could in fact get groomed and she wouldn’t be ready until 7pm. I came back at 7pm and she needed another 15 minutes. I would have given at 10 for feedback if I was kept in the loop of what was going on.
The people at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. We have only been to Dogtopia three times, and have only taken advantage of the daycare services.
Easy to get in for a grooming appointment. Our dog always looks great when we pick him up.
I appreciated the friendliness of manager Courtney Ison during the meet-and-greet event for our puppy, PEPPER. She made us (and our puppy) feel welcomed and valued.

Nice staff, convenient, fun extras
The staff is the best! We’ve been taking our dog Terra there since she was first old enough to go, and we love that they are always watching and maintaining a safe environment. Terra was separated from her mother when she was only 8 weeks old, and Dogtopia has given her the chance to learn how to be a dog and to fit into a pack.
