Accomodating

Ease of scheduling, drop off and pick up. Can connect over text. My pup loves her play time (she is an introvert) and is never forced to do anything against her wishes. During the dog cough outbreak we stopped her weekly daycare and she gained 3lbs. She is happier and healthier at Dogtopia.

Very friendly staff, they always take good care of my dog. He always smells great after his baths! He loves it there and if he’s happy, I’m happy! Thank you for all you do!

I don’t know if there is anything I’d improve my dog hasn’t spent time there yet. On our meet and greet everything appeared in order people we’re friendly and nice to us and my little one

The staff is very friendly and they take the time to get to know my dog. My dog loves going to Dogtopia, he practically pulls me into the building when we go which I love to see because I know he feels safe there. I will also say I am impressdnwith the staffs updates when things are happening. For example, they noticed he wasn’t eating during a boarding stay. They called to let me know about this and suggested they add some cheerios or cheese to his food to entice him to eat. I appreciated this so much and he ended up eating his dinner after cheese was added.

My dog will be coming here for day care and boarding for a long time.

Old Bridge Dogtopia is top notch and runs super smoothly. My doggie has been going for 4 years and is safe, loved and appreciated everyday! We love all the Dogtopia pups!!
