Bugsy is so excited to go there and play with his friends! They call me to let me know if anything out of the ordinary is going on with him (keeping to himself, or if he gets sick). They have helped us out when we are in a bind, always greet our boy with enthusiasm and I love that they give the dogs nap time, which we keep at home to maintain that schedule they’ve set. The staff is so friendly and really committed to the care of the dogs. It’s comforting knowing he’s in good hands and getting the activity and rest he needs we cannot provide with that kind of rigor. Thanks Dogtopia Milliard! ♥️

The time to make sure my pups will fit in with the rest of the group (meet/greet)
The constant cleaning up and attentiveness to the environment
The watchfulness of the staff and the kindness/enthusiasm they showed for all the dogs
the working cameras so I can see how my pups are doing throughout their visit

Jodie is the BEST groomer. My Danes can go 6+ weeks before they need to have another deshed treatment. She is the 1st groomer I’ve ever had that is able to stop them blowing coat the next day.

I enjoy the friendly staff! In the morning Vinnie and I are greeted with warm smiles and a polite greeting. Vinnie receives some scratches, and off he trots to enjoy his day! Thanks, Michelle

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, dogs are well taken care of and I have recommended Dogtopia tomany of my friends.

Melissa and crew are so awesome!! They’re so friendly, they show they care (ie; greeting you and your pup as you enter the building, saying goodbye to your pup when you leave, sharing stories of your dog’s day at daycare), etc.

Herbie has a great time there and I’m glad he has a place to go to play and burn energy and to feel safe while he’s doing so.

I have one recommendation. The staff is wonderful and when you see the same ones over & over, you remember their names, but some staff members look similar to each other and some you don’t see quite as often so it’s hard to remember their name. It would be great if staff could wear name tags. I hate not being able to thank them or address them by name.

The employees take good care of the dogs and it’s a very friendly atmosphere!
