Staff genuinely care for the dogs. I feel confident that my dog will be safe and never mistreated during daycare or boarding.
I think Dogtopia is well organized and the employees really seem to care about the dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving our dog at Dogtopia when my husband and I go out of town.
I very much like the webcam so I can watch our dog. I especially appreciate when I see a staff member petting him because he craves affection. I only wish the webcam were on for longer hours.
