The staff seems to really enjoy working with the dogs.

Thanks for making my pup so comfortable and treating him so well while I was on vacation! I will absolutely return for more boarding and daycare visits. Beau loves Dogtopia!

Janay is an awesome groomer! She does great work and is very sensitive to how each dog needs TLC through the process of being groomed. We were working with one rescue I had and she had to stop because the dog was getting too nervous. It took 3 visits to get the dog groomed but it was worth it. After that, the dog didn’t get upset when we took her in. She has since been adopted. Janay is excellent with my 2 other dogs too! I highly recommend Dogtopia and Janay (in the West Omaha location) for dog grooming!

I like that they are open early (6:30 a.m.) and later (7:00 p.m.) on work days. I also like that they have different “activity” days throughout the month.

I can’t remember the name of the girl that takes care of our pup’s grooming, but she is literally the best. Our dogs are getting older and she has given recommendations for surgery types and locations (all vet approved). She has experience that we haven’t seen at other places. She’s is really careful with them too. We’ve had the same girl forever so if you can look her up by our dogs they are Roscoe and Milo [LAST NAME REMOVED] under Chad and Jess [LAST NAME REMOVED]. Thank you!!!

The quality of care provided by the staff to my dog, Chester, has been excellent. Chester enjoys his time at the facility. I initially enrolled him to provide him with an opportunity to safely learn to socialize with other dogs; this has been a success. Chester likes the staff members and I trust them with his care.

There is no other service that compares to the dog and owner-friendly environment offered at Dogtopia. The staff and the facilities–the care and attention my dogs receive there–I have not found another day care or boarding experience like it. Three cheers and many more barks and tail wags for Dogtopia!
