Very friendly people that love these dogs!
Waiting area and entry were a little dirty, lots of dog hair. Webcam was also down.
Staff is super friendly and loves on all the dogs. It seems easy to personalize the experience for the dogs. I like the ability to web-cam.
My previous dog loved coming to Dogtopia. My new puppy had a great time at her meet and greet so I’m sure she’ll enjoy it too. This location is near my office.
All of the employees take great care of the dogs. My dog got sick while there and the assistant manager reached out the next day to check on my dog. It shows that they care.

I appreciated the ability to board my dog at the last minute! I also appreciated the call to let me know my dog got injured in a scuffle! When we were able to pick him up early I appreciate that they didn’t charge us a cancellation fee! However they said they didn’t have any leftover food we had left for him. So if we hadn’t picked up early what would he have eaten? That part the only questionable part. So maybe better records or organization of the food for boarded dogs.
Cookie dough is well taken care of and that assuages my fear of leaving him. I never have to worry about him while he is in care of Dogtopia. Thank you for taking great care of one of my most precious family members.
My dog is greeted by name and the people seem genuinely pleased to see him. I know he feels comfortable because he never even looks back before going to play! When I pick him up, all the workers will give him love. I feel like they care for him as I do!
