The lobby area could maybe be cleaned more frequently and air fresheners used in there more as some days it’s a really strong odor when you come to drop off or pick up. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming.
I like the fact that my dog is Not confined to a private kennel. He’s free to play, walk or rest with other dogs around him most of the day. He’s building up his socialization skills. He’s well behaved around other dogs when we go on walks in our neighborhood.

I was really impressed with our meet and greet and am looking forward to our first doggy day care day on Tuesday. I’m a bit concerned because of something I saw on FB (Let’s Talk LaVista), but based on my exchanges with the pros at the location so far, I’m willing to give it a try.
People are nice and friendly. My pup is always so happy to be there!
