Friendly, and very good with our furry pets.
Most of the staff is wonderful. Unfortunately there are new employees that need more training, especially when welcoming in pets and their owners.
Would like to see more interaction and fun games in the rooms.
They keep up the cleaning and sanitizing people were friendly with dogs etc
Everyone is very happy to see the dogs when they come in. I feel very good about leaving my dog there and that they will take good care of him. And I love the different activies they plan for them to do throughout the month.
My dog gets to socialize with other people and animals rather than being cooped up in our small apartment all day. They have fun activities for the dogs. I like that I can check in on the cameras to see how she is doing.
Great, personable, & knowledgeable staff. My dog loves to stay at her “Doggy Hoel”.
