I know accidents happen and I’m fine with that but I would like your staff to admit and apologize and assure me things will be changed to prevent it from happening again. I was told my dog was fed the wrong dog’s food and asked if he had allergies. I explained he has a sensitive GI and will likely have diarrhea from it. The staff member kinda laughed and said well it’s better I told you then not and then joked and said every husky looks the same which is why she gave the wrong food. The staff member is pretty young but comment like that can be a little off-putting. I never want to know that you can’t identify my dog from another. With all that being said I still think you guys do a wonderful job and recommend you and tell my clients that I take my dog to you guys.
Staff are always friendly. The grooming services have always been great. I’ve never had a bad experience.
It was so easy. The girls really love the animals which makes for a great environment.
Janea did a fantastic job grooming Beau, a 13-yo Golden who had never been groomed before!! The one time we took him in to a pet store groomer, she was unable to do the work because he “mouthed” her a couple times and snapped at her.
I’ll be able to answer the question after my dog stays at your place one time.
My doodles seem to get a good dose of activity while at daycare there….they come home tired dogs!!
