I drive from Lincoln to have Natalie groom my dogs. They love her and she died an excellent job.
Our bernedoodle was groomed by Natalie. She has been grooming our dogs for years and we think she’s the absolute best. She has skills as a groomer, understands the breed, and most of all actually loves dogs! Thanks Natalie!
Extremely friendly and patient staff. Everyone was so nice and understanding. My dog loved it and I feel comfortable and safe leaving her there.
The friendly staff. They are always so upbeat and really engage with Tess when I bring her for daycare or boarding. She seems very comfortable there.
Easy to get scheduled. And not required to set up appointments every 3 months.
I love the staff, and Chewy has to greet them all. She recently recognized one employee who was working at Pets Earth and was very excited to see him.
I love to watch her on the webcam as she barks in all the other dogs faces. She comes home tired and content.
It’s important that she has dog friends and has time to be a dog.

Natalie is the kindest and most compassionate groomer we have ever had. She is intuitive and understands our unique little rescued dog. We appreciate her so much.
Staff was very friendly. Was in town visiting daughter and your location was perfect. Constructive feedback is the two visits we had Bendita smelled really bad of urine, we had to bath her. I understand their are a lot of dogs and I assume she got peed on by male dog. The second visit they lost her collar and the young lady was very kind and let me know. Since her collar has apple airtag, I was able to have sound go off and young lady found it. She said it was in different basket than Bendita’s collar.
They are kind to Zippy. I know he is safe and cared for!
