The franchise, location, the staff and above all Anna!
It’s so nice just to have that fun environment with active games and so many other dogs to be around. It’s the best way to socialize my puppy. It’s a whole new level of fun that I couldn’t give to G on my own! We’ll see you guys again soon!

The staff are impeccably professional and friendly! I have visited two other Dogtopia locations in the past and the Aurora team is absolutely a cut above the rest (although the other locations were great, as well). They gave me a tour of their facility and I was impressed by how detailed they were, in addition to the fact that the facility was so clean and well-maintained.
I also noticed that they recognized most dogs by name and provided a very welcoming, warm environment for both the dogs and their owners.
My dog can’t wait to return!
