Aurora Village Reviews

The people are wonderful and I feel 100% confident that our puppy is safe, happy, and well-cared for.
The care and concern for the dogs play time and safety. Great group of people!
Friendly staff, clean and safe environment, Convenient options
I like the attention to my dog”s and to my needs, such as half days and drop off and pick up to fit in with my schedule. Holly comes back tired but happy and with the webcam I am able to see the fun she is having. Lastly the love of animals that the staff has is the most important factor in us deciding to use Dogtopia. The staff we met are amazing.
The staff was extremely professional and I know my dog www getting fantastic care
Zack has only been there for one day so far but we are very pleased with everything!
Thank you for being there when Chelsea & and I needed you. In the process of moving
your staff was wonderful in making me feel I could leave Chelsea in good hands. Everyone
loves what they are doing and love Chelsea.
Thank you I’m very grateful.

Our dog Bailey has been attending Dogtopia Newmarket for about 6 yrs. Why: she has anxiety from puppyhood. Similar to autism in humans a constantly changing environment makes her anxious. By allowing dogs to do their business without someone taking them out of building on the human’s schedule, a constant human presence in same room, consistent temperature & smells, well tempered pooches , this environment reduces anxiety for Bailey.
Bailey showed no change in behaviour from Newmarket to Aurora except for one thing: Bailey noticed the change in route going and on ride home complained about extended length in car ride home. We are coming from Bradford where I now drive more south to Aurora, drive back to Newmarket to do errands, down to Aurora then double back past Newmarket towards home.
For us the Newmarket location will be missed but am very grateful for the Aurora location. We tried other business boarding & daycare methods but Dogtopia is best for Bailey’s anxiety.
We look forward to more half day visits and an upcoming boarding in July at the Aurora location.
The entire team has a love and passion for dogs and treats them like their own family. My fur baby is always excited when I drop her off and thankfully very tired when I pick her up. You can check on you pooch any time throughout the day via live footage. 10 out of 10.
So far everything
