Very friendly staff!! They make my dog feel like their own pet. Always so sweet.

Very professional. I am very cautious when leaving my dog anywhere but I felt very comfortable leaving her at Dogtopia. My dog usually takes a few minutes to warm up to people but she did right away. The staff understands her needs to be the approacher rather than the approachee and were very respectful of this. I like that I can check on her throughout the day on the webcam. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Clean facility. Dogs are well supervised. Staff seem to be truly interested in the well being of the animals in their care.

I watched Nikki on the video and I was great to see the young fellow interact with her. She was just standing there and when he said something to her she wagged her tail and came over for a pet. It was nice see her happy.

Quinn and other dogs seemed very well behaved without much conflict.
Supervised and clean playrooms are awesome.

Staff is always friendly and I like that our puppy is socialized and taken care of. There are always lots of dogs to play with and I like that there is constant supervision.

I like that the staff are always responsive and helpful in answering my questions and seem to really enjoy caring for the dogs as if they were family. I feel safe leaving my puppy with them knowing he is well monitored and he gets to play with other dogs who are similar in size and temperment, learning their signals and how to respectfully interact. I also like that the coaches teach the dogs boundaries and gently correct, reinforcing good behaviours at home. It would be great to have some kind of points reward program for ongoing clients that could amount to a free day of daycare, etc.
