You were so great with our Scottish Terrier Kevin during his first visit! We are so happy with the attentive staff, that he was in a room with dogs his size, and the play equipment you provided!

Staff very friendly. Our dog is not starting daycare until April 29th but we all enjoyed the tour. We feel very good about leaving our dog in your staff’s hands.

My dog likes it there..When I watch the webcam I just wish the handlers interacted more with the dogs ..a few do bubbles or follow the leader which is great

The smell is a bit much sometimes but I am a dog owner so no big deal.

Tel you city counsellor that the noise factor reason for preventing you offering overnights is ridiculous.

Our dog adores his caregivers there, and the feeling is clearly mutual. If he can’t be with us all the time, it helps to know that he’s with people who truly love dogs.

Communication from staff is great, the hours are perfect for people who work a little more than 9-5, and they are extremely flexible about working with your dog’s regular schedule to provide as much consistency as possible.

My dog loves going there

I love that I can peek in via the live feed to see how my dog is doing. I also appreciated the thorough assessment to make sure my dog ended up in the right room.

I appreciated the opportunity to confirm (to myself) that our dog was friendly with other dogs. He was introduced to Dogtopia at 1 year, and the checks that they conducted made it clear that they know what they are doing. They don’t just throw some random dog into a group and hope it works. They check the dog for touch points with people, show him through a gate, to the other dogs, to see reactions, from both, before allowing them in. They stay on top of rambunctious behaviour, and know when to have quiet time. This is crucial for any dog, that can get themselves overtired, and not know how to downshift. They show complete love and adoration for all of the dogs. I know that I can check the online camera’s (APP or Desktop) to see how my dope (not a spelling error) is doing. It really gives me peace of mind. He plays with all kinds of dogs, and comes home exhausted and calm. This gives our senior dog at home a nice break, and our cats (ALL of them love our young Pup) can just hang with him without being bugged. They make it simple.
