The staff are all incredibly kind & understanding. They treated my puppy like he was their own
The staff and amazing! They are excellent with each dog, getting to know every different character with care. The staff are professional and I am able to leave my precious dog in their care without any concern. Being able to check the webcam from time to time is an added assurance.
Better screening of dogs.
Love how you treated me as a new person. Very honest & caring over my dog. Made sure he had the best experience even when it was a little scary for him at first.
I also love & appreciate the work & detail in his repot cards. They are epic and adorable. P.s love sparkle stickers ! It awesome! Hank my baby has been so relaxed & happy ever since joining. I would also say to anyone the play & engagement has done wonders for our walks. No more dragging me down the sidewalk to meet a dog. He’s so much better with direction. Thank you all !! HANK & I are so greatful & will forever be! ❤️
I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The introduction process was very thorough and I liked that a report card with ratings and comments was provided.

The staff at the facility were very kind, attentive and caring. They answered all of our human questions with patience and kindness and the care they provided Finnigan was excellent. Finnigan had an amazing day – best day ever!!
I took advantage of the camera options and was so happy to see the interactions between the staff and their charges; and when a time out was needed it was done with loving tenderness.
The staff at Guelph Dogtopia are simply amazing and I feel very good about dropping off our Finnigan so that he can play and have fun with his new found friends and the team!
It’s a safe and fun environment for my dog to run around and socialize with other dogs of her size and temperament. Very friendly and helpful staff. I especially like the teamwork and quick reactions with two dogs that were not behaving. Also, the staff made us feel very welcome the moment we walked in for our Meet and Greet, and they answered all my questions. The webcams are a great idea so I can quickly see how my dog is doing. The drop off and pick up times are good.
The only reason I gave was 8 was no outdoor space
The only suggestion would be some outside time.
Staff are excellent and the building is very clean.
