Today was our first official start date.
We find the staff very friendly and professional.
The facility is new, bright and clean.
Our dog is adjusting to being with other dogs.
We like the ability to view her online.
The report cards are a nice touch.
It really feels as though the employees take an interest in my dogs happiness and improvement. We look forward to getting updates on his behaviour every time we pick him up! As well the occasional pictures we get are so adorable (I’ve put some up on the fridge!) and it’s very sweet that they take the time to give us those 🙂

Hours of service are great, staff are very friendly and helpful, supervised dog interactions, adjustments to needs of the dogs, clean and well maintained facility etc.
The staff here are so thorough with the details of your dogs day. I love how they take photos and have report cards. Everyone is so friendly. The webcams to check in on your pups is a nice feature
It would be nice if there was an outdoor space. Some variety in room set up would be good too but overall happy with service

We like the fact that our dog loves going to Dogtopia. He comes home happy and VERY tired.
There is nothing not to like! Staff are pleasant, communication (directly and/or through the app) is excellent and love having access to see my dog during the day through the webcams. Very happy with things!
