The ease of scheduling play time for my pup.
Staff listened to our concerns. Webcam is nice to be able to see our pup. I did not see a lot of attention from staff to our Bear during the time we watched the webcam but perhaps I viewed the cam during the times he wasn’t being petted .
The place is clean and staff constantly are monitoring the puppies. They aren’t just placed in kennels which makes it a great place.

Also is there a way to provide some outdoor time for the pups to pee/poop during the day and have some fresh air during the day.
Max loves to come and enjoys his leaders and friends.
You do an excellent job taking care of the dogs. The only concern is they do come home dirty
There was a lot of work to make sure my dog was going to be a right fit for this place and that is appreciated
