It’s obvious the staff enjoy their jobs and love the animals. The fact that they sent a video and pictures of my dog having fun was a plus. Attention to detail is a big thing for me and this Dogtopia definitely has that.
Indoors and pups are able to socialize with other pups and people who work there…and clean and friendly
My pup always has a great time at daycare! My only concern is that since the day care is becoming very popular (which is great) it sometimes appears that the trainers have their hands full and could use more help. I’ve seen on the camera my dog pee in his crate and stand in it for over 10 minutes before being let out. I don’t blame the trainer because it was 1 person trying to manage a room full of dogs but it wasn’t great to see.
The first day I got a report card on how my pup’s day was and never got one again. It would also be good to have an area for them to go potty.
