John Wayne loves Dogtopia. Everyone is so wonderful. I never worry about him when he’s there and overnight when I travel. I have recommended them to everyone!

I love the idea of all the daily activities that they do for enrichment

While my dog had fun the person at the desk each time we came in seemed confused about things. The first woman called to get Finn’s medical records again despite me having already sent it in. The person who called to confirm the appointment and approve it didn’t know we had done a meet and greet already and were already approved, she didn’t know who Finn was and said she didn’t recognize the name when I said we had come in already before. Then lastly when I picked Finn up they didn’t have my form of payment on file which I already gave before so it seems the system really either isn’t allowing for notes, someone isn’t taking notes or you need a new CMS system because everyone was very confused. Finn had a good time and that’s what matters but the aspect of being familiar with previous info shared such as vet records, forms of payment or meet and greets needs to improve to feel like I think Dogtopia wants us to feel.

The webcams are great I have a very small pup and it’s important for me to check in on him while he’s there. I love the attentive staff. I also like that it’s a clean secure environment for our pup to play in. The activities scheduled are adorable and I love getting surprises when we pick him up. I do wish more small dogs were in the toybox but hopefully in time the word will get out about how awesome Dogtopia of Apopka is!
