Availability is the key factor. Plus, access to webcam during stay.

Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Access to the webcams gives me peace of mind that our girl is doing well. She comes home exhausted but happy. Being a wheelchair user I especially appreciate the curbside feature.

There has been a high turnover of staff here and we have noticed the service levels decrease since we first started. Things being missed by coaches in the room, etc. Dogs are no longer given a wipe down at the end of the day and I’ve never had a report card for either of them.

When we first started coming the agility and extra things were also complimentary. Now it can feel a bit like nickel and diming when employees are promoting these activities but all are at an extra cost. Photos and those things are understandably extra but a quick scent game would be a way to elevate your services given how costly membership is. The personalized feel has gone away a bit and things feel much more transactional
