We LOVE dogtopia Sanford location! Friendly staff coupled with amazing service! My dog loves coming here, and ganing socialization time with other dogs. This is a fabulous location!!

Friendly staff. I wish the staff had name tags so human clients are address them by name. I totally understand for safety reasons why they may not have them though. Maybe magnetic ones?

Above all the kindness and consideration and love everyone has shown my dog Blu. The special enrichment they do throughout the day. Bubbles,charcuterie board ect……
I had tears in my eyes when I left him the first time but when I picked him it there was nothing but smiles. He had a great day and slept all the way home.

The pricing structure at dogtopia is disappointing to say the least. $45 a day or $39 and the facility has no outdoor area or pool. Pet paradise is cheaper with more amenities. Sophie only has been one day and there was max 4 dogs for her to play with. Normally shes with 10-15+ dogs. Also not loving that boarding is only if shes enrolled on basically a subscription of daycare thats kind of a silly rule if you expect to keep the doors open…i suppose we will use pet paradise for boarding and Dogtopia when it fits our needs. It was not all bad i just wanted to share my honest assessment. Staff is very friendly… Sophie seemed tired when she got home like she had fun and she didnt stink which is a plus. She was safe and supervised which are all super important things so thank you for that!
