Your staff is amazing. We only have one complaint. The cameras !!!! The cameras only cover a small center portion of Romper. It should be a long view. The Gym where he sleeps should also be a long view and that has not worked since you opened.There is no audio so it should not matter that it is bedtime.
One of the top reasons we choose Dogtopia was do to the cameras. At the moment you have minimum coverage. We have become friends with other dogtopia families and that is the no#1 complaint that they all have. I hope you have plans to rectify this.

Provide supervised social care
I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog. Everyone is kind a s knowledgable. The few times I check in on the cameras, they are attentive and are going above and beyond.
You have been wonderful with Casey and he has really opened up. Additionally, you have been amazing with accommodating Casey for boarding last minute and supporting me during these last few months. You have been so gracious and generous. Thank you for being there for both of us.
We LOVE dogtopia Sanford location! Friendly staff coupled with amazing service! My dog loves coming here, and ganing socialization time with other dogs. This is a fabulous location!!

Friendly staff. I wish the staff had name tags so human clients are address them by name. I totally understand for safety reasons why they may not have them though. Maybe magnetic ones?
