very nice atmosphere, very clean. Everyone there very pleasant and helpful. Felt very comfortable leaving our dog there; 1st time we were apart in almost 7 years

Everything! The daily schedules, the interactive play opportunities, the activities, the caring team, the check in process, boarding, grooming, etc. My dog loves going to the Orland, IL location. She’s treated so special by the amazing staff.
