I like a lot of things:
I can drop and p/up early and late, and it’s the same cost.
The dogs are very safe & secure inside.
The owners are not allowed in dog areas.
There is protocol for fires, dog fights.
They have a LOT of crate time which is good to help prevent stress.
The people who work there are knowledgable and it’s clear they all like/love dogs and are very well trained for safety.
My dogs can eat “lunch” that I pack for them.
The cams are fun to see the fur babies walking around and following the worker around.
