Super friendly staff, great communication via email/phone calls! I was visiting Ottawa from the GTA and Dogtopia of Orleans was fantastic! Thank you so much for making sure Remy had fun while I enjoyed a spa day 😂🥳
Very personal, great with dogs, extremely clean, I like the way the dogs are separated in to groups and watched. My experience was all posiyive as well as the amazing groomer, Morgan

Overall everything is wonderful. Great team, great facility. My dog Nevers wants to leave when it is time to go home.
Great with pets and great with owners! Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable ! We love our groomer Morgan, she exceeds our expectations every time and leaves Olyver looking amazing 🙂

I liked that I was given a tour and thorough explanation of the facility. As well, it was nice to see that dogs are given an evaluation with dogs of different temperaments before they enter into the play areas. I also like that dogs are given some training (with leash/kennel) which helps to curb some of the triggers dogs have when encountering others.
I am very happy with your company. The staff is very friendly they take care of the dogs very well. They play with them. My dog Lily is playing all the time. I would recommend your company to everyone I know.
