Friendly personel. Ease of access. Opening hours are great.

I love the fact that all of the staff over and above to make the dog feel at ease.

Have only done a meet and greet so far. The staff all were very friendly and knowledgeable with no hesitation when asked a question. The full time video is definitely a great asset….it allows me to check in on my dog at any point in time. It also allows me a first hand view of how the staff in with the dogs is dealing with them so removes any doubt on how the dogs may be treated. I understand the intent is that all treatment is to be done in a positive and safe way which is imperative. Having received an email providing positive feedback and a photo of my dog was a nice gesture. The staff kindly invited my dog to stay a few hours (without charge) after the meet and greet which was totally unexpected – but appreciated. This provided a sample of how my dog would be treated and It helped relieve some of the anxiety of leaving my dog with strangers since the staff seemed so dedicated. The whole visit was definitely a positive experience.

All the people we met were very nice and professional.. I like the convenience of location. I like that I can book my dog same day. We receive an update as to how our dog is doing throughout the day. I like that we can watch our dog on the webcam. I like that there is always a handler in the room with the dogs and that there is continued interaction with the dogs.
It’s certainly a plus that there is this type of daycare in our community.

Friendly staff. Great facilities and location

The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean, the facility is very new and top of the line. My wife and I truly enjoy being able to check in on our pup on the WebCams, which gives us great peace of mind. From what we have seen, the canine coaches are actively engaged with the dogs throughout the entire day. Cricket has come home consistently happy and tired, every dog parent’s dream!

I really appreciate your accommodations for later drop off and also financially.
I struggle financially and the owner has been so understanding about staggering the payments.
I also really appreciate that you are so kind and compassionate with animals.
All of the staff that work here are so friendly, organized, professional, and you can tell are all truly animal lovers.
I feel safe dropping my dogs off every time and they look forward to their days at daycare.
So thank you so much for doing the work that you do.
