The staff is incredibly friendly and obviously dog lovers. I fell in love with this place the first day we went! And my dog absolutely adores it.
Wonderful, friendly, professional and caring staff. Based on my observations of my little dog when I pick her up, she seems to very much enjoy her stay. I know she is being looked after carefully and I feel very reassured that all is well with her when she is at Dogtopia ! I am very appreciative of your services.
My dog started going to doggie camp in early February. All was great until I found out they withdraw payment even if you’re not there. I informed them my dog would not be there one week, and the funds were still taken off my credit card. I contacted them about this and they said they would refund the money. However the second week, which I had planned to book my dog in for two days, I was charged before I even had a chance to book him in.
Again, I contacted the company and was informed since they thought I would be there, funds were automatically withdrawn. I took my dogs to Petsmart for doggie camp for many years and was never charged until I picked my dogs up.
In this case, I was informed they would refund me. I only received one refund so far. The issue has now left me not wanting to take my dog back. And this is very disappointing, as I liked taking him for the two days a week. The staff were great and the facility was clean and welcoming, but this issue has made me look elsewhere to take my dog.
Clean, friendly, and can check on the dog throughout the day
The people are so friendly and the owner as well. The place is cleaned on a regular basis which is good. My dog just loves the daycare. I think it’s her favourite day of the week. They have webcams so you can keep an eye on your dog. I enjoy watching her playing and interacted with the other dogs.
My dog makes friends, socializes and doesn’t need to be home locked in a crate while I have to go to the office
My dog absolutely LOVES Dogtopia! He has so much fun, he is well cared for, he burns off his excess energy – all in a safe space.
Ease of trial day. Ease of drop off and pick up. Ease of parking. Hours are great. Staff are skilled and very pleasant. The live webcam is also great for us to see how our dog is behaving at daycare.
