Friendly staff, activities for dogs, safe
Many need earlier drop off than 7AM. 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM would better serve people. Also a monthly unlimited option would be nice.
I would have liked to see the area my pup would be playing in but was told I wasn’t allowed to be in that part of the building. The facility and outdoor space seems a bit small. Reception area has a strong odor.
My dog is very timid and she passed their test so that makes me feel happy so when I go on vacation or go away for any reason, I know she’s gonna be safe at Dogtopia
My dogs had a great day! They were exhausted when they came home. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating to mine and my dogs needs. After spending seven day and nights with Dogtopia, my pups came home very happy and chilled. Telling me that their stay met with there needs. I actually believe they were sorry the fun was over!
Identify a need or skill for each one of the dogs and try to see that that particular skill or need is addressed even in in a little way by all caretakers. For example if a dog is isolated
The cameras where our dog was on Saturday morning sere not on. When I picked him up around 10, I mentioned it a was told it had something to do with staffing. However, I checked a little later and the camera was functioning.
All the fun stuff… pics w/glasses, Easter bunny ears, etc….
