The Palm Harbor Dogtopia team is welcoming, friendly and patient with our pup Caper. The team is always helpful in answering any questions and accommodating of any last minute schedule changes. We so appreciate the operating hours and convenience of the app. Caper loves going to Dogtopia and we share how great the team is with our friends and neighbors.

Sailor loves her time at Dogtopia. Frees up time for me to rest and take care of things on my to do list. Win-win!

The staff loves the dogs

The positives first! 😃
1) The pick up and drop off have become much smoother with little wait times which is much appreciated!
2) I love the staff knowing my dog by name at sight!

The improvements:
1) I would enjoy a quick “progress report” or photo, especially now since the cameras haven’t been functioning.
2) The smell when you first walk in probably isn’t very inviting to new/prospective families.

Thank you for loving Lady and Buddy as soon as they arrive to play! We try to manage the hugs, but their excitement to play with you just can’t be controlled. You love them right back! They have both also had wonderful spa baths and came home very relaxed. The team definitely knows their dog stuff. Thanks, [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

By the way, I’ve found the schedule to be very flexible when plans change, it’s all about the pups.

I love that my dog enjoys and loves her experience with her visits either for play days or overnight stays! The proof is in the puppy!!

Cameras are not working

Cheerful team! Bailey comes home, eats dinner and passes out for a while, which leads me to believe he is wearing himself out playing! One thing that has improved recently is the smell in the lobby… keep up the good work as bad smells lead to bad presentation for both present and new parents
