The staff is friendly and caring. They were very informative for a first timer and made me feel completely comfortable dropping off my dog. They have thought of everything thing for dogs and I love all the special touches!
Easy to schedule and everyone makes my dog comfortable and happy 
He is very shy, but he comes out of his shell every time I turn into the shopping center to drop him off XOXO! 
Great service and customer support. You all take care of the dogs really well and always work with me on if I need to cancel daycare last minute. Also my dog loves it there and all of the employees. Overall a great experience

I am actually blown away by every single employee being so loving towards the dogs and so friendly towards the clients when they pick up or drop off their dogs. I am not sure if I have ever encountered a business with such excellent customer service. If I text I get a quick response. I have nothing but good things to say about the Arcadia location. I had a friend who tried to tell me not to go to dogtopia because she had a bad experience at the downtown location. I recently had dinner with them and told them about what a great experience I have actually had at Dogtopia Arcadia. It’s clean, organized, and a very great experience for the dogs which is so great when you have a dog you can’t leave at home for extended periods of time.
I noticed that in not play times 12-1 and after 7 the cameras turn off. I understand the dogs aren’t playing, but sometimes I just wanna check on him even though he is not out playing. I would recommend having the cameras on while the dogs are in their cages so pet owners can at least have the option to check in on them during these hours.
The facility is clean save the staff is really nice. I feel my dog is in a safe place there.
Everyone is so upbeat and friendly. You can tell that they really care about and love dogs! I feel safe sending my baby here 
Everyone is very friendly and takes great care of my dog. My dog loves going every day and is always in a great mood when I pick him up. I love having access to the webcam so I can check in on him throughout the day.
