The incredibly great staff who know and love my dogs by name and the fact that my dogs are always thrilled to go
I know that my fur baby is always in good hands. Even when he has an accident, Cassidy or another team member is very responsive and I know they are taking care of the situation. For example, my Frenchie felt he wanted to try honey strait from the source. Of course he got stung and started to swell. Megan called me immediately, gave him meds (my permission) and hung out with her until I could get him. This past week he caught his nail on the corner of a ramp and his paw started bleeding. They immediately secured him and took care of the problem. No matter what happens. I know he’s going to be fine!
Wr love the friendly staff and online support! The see thru kennels are a huge plus, and that you place dogs by temperament!
Hours, flexibility, great stsff
I like that the Arcadia team members sincerely care about the dogs in their care. We have an anxious dog that needs that needs the extra reassurance and we appreciate everyone there!!!
All of the staff are so friendly! They know me and my dog! Always willing to add on a bath if I ask! All the extra craft and treat days are so fun! I love being able to pop in to see my dog on the camera. Megan, Hailey, Semaj, Janessa, Paige, Cassidy always greet us with a smile when we walk in and give a run down on Oliver’s days when he gets picked up! I feel that my pup is in the best hands when he’s at Dogtopia Arcadia. Oliver has also boarded on multiple occasions and I always received a prompt reply on how he is or how his night went! Can’t recommend enough!
