Overall I’m very happy with Dogtopia and my pup’s experience. Thank you all your hard work! He truly has the best day when he’s there. The team is always kind and professional in person, particularly the managers. However, I’ve noticed some behavior in the rooms from some employees that appears aggressive over the video. Ex. Finger pointing, extended ‘time out’, single walks/dragging etc. I’m certain the dogs need discipline occasionally so I try to understand their situation.
The special attention given by the staff. The quality of care is very apparent.
I appreciate the boarding includes full day of open play as opposed to other places that have limited play time and sometimes at an extra cost.
Extreme attention to detail. It is very obvious that everyone there loves dogs and treats my dog, Tyrion, like their own. Highly recommend this service and have actually recommended to several friends, including Brad with his dog, Archie, as well as Miranda and her dog.
Nothing, I have nothing but praise for the staff. They have been great and understanding of my situation. They have done amazing work with my dog. I just hope all locations are as great as thing one
