Super friendly staff and easy to use app.
The ENTIRE staff at Arcadia is amazing. They all have such amazing, positive personalities, and truly make the dogs feel comfortable. I’ve never seen a nervous dog there. My dog is always happy for morning drop off jumping outside the door until we walk in. They accommodate her quirky lunches and her stranger danger trigger. She’s happy when she comes home. Clean. Happy. Sleepy. Excited to return the next day. And keep in mind – she’s there 11 hours a day – 5 days a week due to my work. And she never gets anxious returning.
The entire staff is amazing. They are helpful, and they made me feel like they truly cared about me and my dog from day one.
I love that there is always someone in the room with my dog and that I can watch him on camera while he is there.
Knowing that Dogtopia supports local charities adds to my trust in them.

I like the meet and greet process and seeing the facility and how things are ran there. I enjoyed meeting staff and the manager. All the activities they have for the dogs is great! My dog has come home exhausted. I trust he’s in good hands
