The staff is very friendly and always welcomes my dog with a smile and lots of pets. They genuinely seem to enjoy their job caring for these pups. They are always kind and patient when I go in, willing to answer any questions and always giving me updates on how my boy did.

First, I loved how easy it was to get the process going. From the beginning, everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and attentive towards my needs and loving and excited to see my dog. My dog is enrolled in the Unlimited Day Care plan and has just started and I love seeing how excited she gets to see her daycare friends while I’m at work or running errands. I love that there are cameras so pet parents can check in on their pups! That is really reassuring. I feel like the plan is fairly priced and love that there’s a rewards program that gives you savings as you use Dogtopia services. The daycare schedule is great, providing earlier and later hours than most other doggie daycares in the area that aren’t 24/7, as they’re available from 5am to 10pm, and they’re in a super convenient location right in between work and home! Overall, I’m super happy with my choice and I know my dog is too.
