I like the customer service that I receive when I call to speak with someone, the ease of watching my dog during the day with the cameras provided, the ease of online scheduling with your application, the cleanliness of the location, and friendliness of staff members.
Always send itemized receipts for all things—namely spa, foundation treats, boarding stays. I find I don’t get them unless I ask. However my weekly plan email is sent when charged.
Attentive staff, coaches are dedicated to continuous improvement and demonstrate consistent, positive reinforcement with high-energy pups. Really appreciate the teams investment in going above and beyond with their care for our pets.

When I first started going to Dogtopia, the lobby usually smelled fairly clean but over the last month or so the smell is so bad that a lot of times I can’t even stand in the lobby when I’m dropping off or picking up my dog Arcadia location to let them know, they appreciated my feedback. It did seem better for a day or two, but it was right back within the next couple of days.
