I preferred the old way of payment…pay as you come in. Always bought the largest packages and came the same or even more but now it feels like an obligation….and when the dog travels with us for five weeks this summer I’m paying for nothing! Also loved the half day option because often I would do multiple half days but now with full day options feel like I have to use the entire day. I totally support the why-that it’s not good for dogs to rarely come in and be poorly behaved but I’d think a once or twice a month minimum would fix that.
Also I wish I got better info on his behavior and activities while he’s there, they never seem to know what he’s been doing and say he doesn’t play much which is unusual for him. Do you even do the water fun outside? That was his favorite stuff historically. I can’t talk to my dog obviously but I can tell you he used to be amped beyond belief to go to Dogtopia and now he’s more hesitant so he seems to be enjoying it less.
Staff is super friendly super positive and seems very able to do their jobs so I appreciate that!
Staff members are wonderful with the dogs.
Dogs are screened for behavior. I like the time they spend inside and then outside.

Dogtopia has treated Tucker so well since we joined. My family was out of town for a week and Tucker got pretty ill while being boarded there that required a vet visit. They coordinated getting him there and picking him up. After his return they gave him extra attention until we were back in town.
I highly recommend Dogtopia Arcadia for anyone looking for Daycare and Boarding Services.
