Friendly staff – clean facility !
Expand hours, lower prices. The staff is great, for the most part. There are a few, newer people who just seem to hang out in the rooms, looking at their cell phones and not paying attention to or interacting with the dogs.
In addition, DA is under new ownership, so time will only tell…

I’m so comfortable with Dogtopia-Arcadia taking care of Bess that I don’t even check the cameras. The treat her like she is their own dog.
Cherish and Cassidy at the Arcadia, AZ location are fantastic! They take such good care of our pup, Camden, and you can tell they really love and care for the dogs. We get frequent pictures and updates and they go out of their way to take care of Camden when he is at camp.
