When I first started going to Dogtopia, the lobby usually smelled fairly clean but over the last month or so the smell is so bad that a lot of times I can’t even stand in the lobby when I’m dropping off or picking up my dog Arcadia location to let them know, they appreciated my feedback. It did seem better for a day or two, but it was right back within the next couple of days.
flexibility, the attitude, the quick responsiveness when contacted, the fact that the dog loves being there and cannot wait to go, the cleanliness.

I love the time flexibility! The extended hours from 5am to 10pm are fantastic for when I need to go to work early or when I have a later night! Also, I love the structure that allows my dog for some quiet time in her own space. Lastly, I like that my dog has consistent friends at daycare so she can also make meaningful connections
