The front desk staff was always friendly. Greeted everyone who walked in by name. ( their dogs too)

Everything! There’s nothing more important than customer service. Going to have the best product in the world with the best knowledgeable team, and still be awful. You can be lacking in some of those other areas but if you have great customer service it makes up the difference and then some.

I’ve been using this so that’s Dogtopia for about 14 months. I brought my mini bernedoodle right after he was fixed at about 6 months. Took him about a week to 10 days to warm up to his new surroundings, but every day since he has pulled me to the front door super excited to see the workers there and play with the other dogs. I lived very close and could walk the dog there most mornings and all I would have to say was “Ya wanna go see your friends?” and he would light up and drag me the rest of the way there.

I guess I was a super regular customer. Someone told me on Christmas Eve when I went and picked up Harley that I was their biggest customer by far. I really never thought of it that way, but I knew I was 5 days a week for sure, and I knew I dropped him off most Sundays while running errands. Needless to say, Harley got super attached to seeing all of his friends there and the workers that greeted him everyday. It was never more evident how much Harley loves that place then this week. I’ve had to move to Cincinnati and I was out of town for a month since the last time he’s been at daycare. I took him in early Monday morning and he was greeted by the staff. Each note down and hugged on him and Harley basically crawled right up in their laps which he doesn’t do to anybody. The staff there has become Harley’s pack. Priceless and why is kept bringing Harley. Dogtopias staff and the other dogs are his family to him, just as much as I am. I have no idea what I spent there now that I have some perspective on how many times a week he was there. However, no matter how much it was, it was worth every cent and more!

Love that my dog enjoys going to such a loving and well ran daycare!

I like the way play is well supervised. My dog is always happy to enter the lobby anticipating play. I also like the rest and lunchtime they get each day and then are ready for more play. The dog tenders are well trained to intervene by walking between dogs if play gets a little overboard. Also, the room is kept very clean. A happy place for our little dog!

All of your team members are extremely friendly! We love the safe, fun environment provided for our pup to socialize, be challenged & exhaust some energy! Highly recommend!
