Requirement to be in daycare for 3 days in the last month prior to boarding, even if the dog has been a longtime customer. Daycare isn’t always needed for some customers.
Lucy feels very comfortable and she is so happy mingling with her friends. She loves the clean environment!
The staff is caring and the facility is clean. I can see Basil during the day and reassure myself that he is well taken care of!
My dog seems happy to go there and quite tired out when she returns home. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

The Plymouth MI location has just an incredible staff! I had been at a competitor for several years and regret not making the change to Dogtopia much earlier. My dog, Wally, is a Senior dog and the staff is so engaged & caring with him. This really has far-exceeded my expectations! 🙂
It smells terrible. It is my biggest hurdle with the establishment. I get it there is a lot of dogs. But it smells and my dog comes home smelling as well.
