In a word…everything! I just started this week and my pup seems to be super happy. The place is clean, fresh smelling, and full of caring staff.
Do not schedule meet and Greets on Monday. I feel they were way to any dogs in one room.

I would pay extra for 2 hours 7-9 pm and 5-7 on weekends. It could be a separate package and hourly rate higher.
Love the staff and my dog loves going there. It is like kindergarten for dogs.

Friendly people. Bailey seems to like coming. Cleanliness. Checking the dogs regularly for vaccines illness injuries etc. the protection of the animals
Friendly, Professional team who show they love pets and run a clean facility. i do and have recommended this specific facility m. I do not recommend northville as their follow-up with me was poor and they were not as professional. i mention this because it shows the difference individual staff members and managers can have within the same organizational structure.
