We LOVE Dogtopia of Plymouth! The entire staff is so nice and helpful, I recommend to everyone I know that has a dog!
Even though I only use Plymouth Dogtopia 1x/week, it is a very organized/managed business. I transferred from the Northville Dogtopia after they had an owner change and the staff was changing weekly. The entire staff wear headsets so they can communicate quickly within the building with each other. There are four (4) areas for various size dogs and the video is always available on my cellphone to insure the areas have staff visible to handle various situations that can occur. The staff is trained and are called “coaches” which I think important to be in a safe environment. The staff ‘know my vehicle’ when picking up my fur-buddy and have notified the building staff that the owner is here prior to me walking in the lobby. Everyone is friendly and do play with my dog on arrival and at pick-up – they all know his name. I have not yet needed them to board my dog, since I moved to this location from Northville and ‘very confident’ that he will be taken care of properly when i am on vacation.
The staff is exceptional! Place is clean and most of all they show love for the pets.
The facility looks and feel great. It is clean, and I like that the company has a focus on pet-friendly products and sustainability. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My dogs had the best time and love the people and felt comfortable going right in without me during just our 2nd visit, they usually need me to “pretend” to go into a place with them for that comfort but after just a split second hesitation they went right in without me! This is their first time at a daycare in general and I was really impressed with the structure and knowledge and feel confident knowing my pups are in good hands.
I like that phoebe is well taken care of.
Willow is so excited to go there. She really has a good time. She smells so good coming home and l like that you have events for the dogs. Also you clip the nails.
Wonderful staff. Clean environment!
