Personal attention when dropping off and picking up.

Easy to book a visit and convenient location. Nice staff too!

Polite, kind, professional staff. They were patient and understanding with first-time pet daycare parent and puppy! Facilities are very clean and safe for pets. The protocol for checking in/out pets impressed me – it feels personable. I’m also comforted knowing that I can view my girl just about the entire time she is on-site and that I can bring in my own food/snacks just for her and that she will be able to enjoy them privately (in her kennel) without other pets disturbing her – even for day care. I like the creative planned dog activities calendar of events – I was not expecting that or some of the accompanying freebies, discounts, and options for other services (i.e. grooming). Lastly, thank you for offering a military discount. As a retired veteran, this savings is unexpected but sincerely appreciated!

The employees all know me and my dog by sight and genuinely care for her while she’s there. My dog shows it, too, since she always rushes right up to whoever is there which, as a rescue dog, trust doesn’t come easy.
There’s almost no one else that I would trust her with.

The services provided by Dogtopia are top notch!
Starting with their front desk personnel who are always smiling and friendly. They greet your dog with care and compassion. All questions are answered professionally and if they don’t have an answer, they will get it for you.
The playrooms are clean and orderly. I love the way the coaches move around the room and keep the dogs calm and playful. Some days I spend way too much time watching the webcams and enjoying the silly antics of our pets. The coaches are amazing!
The monthly calendar of activities is very creative. Picture day always brings plenty of laughs, I don’t know how they get the dogs to pose for these pics. Treat days are always appreciated knowing that our dogs are getting a little something special.
I’ve also used the spa services which is an added bonus.
All in all, I would highly recommend Dogtopia. My baby Girl comes home happy and exhausted from her day of play.

The only thing that is a bummer is that my dog has to be crated for 2 hours. I understand the need for cleanup. It just is tough for my schedule because I have to pick her up at 2 due to my work schedule. So I need her to play away as much as possible. We will still come though. I just need to figure out my schedule.

Very good customer service from Ashlynn. I really appreciate that from her and she brought me to you from another doggy day care because of this.

Digtopia has a friendly, helpful staff that I know are trained for my dog to be well cared for and have fun.
